Position: Sales Director – 02 persons (01 in Noodle, 01 in Beverages field)

Salary: From 3000 USD đến 4000 USD

Job description:

• Responsible for Operating/Managing/Planning daily sales department operations
• Build up and manage the distributor system in the region in charge.
• Monitoring and management of Sales gallery to ensure all policies and procedures are followed
• Development and execution of Sales related training programs and monitor its effectiveness
• Management and preparation of all Sales related reports to be submitted to the Statistics Department
• Daily, Weekly and monthly monitoring and updating of Sales activities
• Recruitment and training of sales managers, team leaders or executives
• Setting and management of Sales targets and performance for all sales teams
• Development and execution of property handing over systems and programs to ensure high level of customer satisfaction
• Management of Debt collection system and program to ensure low level of outstanding debt ratio.
• Planning and cooperation with external sales agencies to ensure maximum effectiveness on sales launches and events
• Development of sales kits and Project training for all sales teams and agencies

Qualification:

• Graduate university degree in business administration, economics or a related field with a sales or marketing specialization.
• Have at least 5 years experience in Sales Manager and in FMCG is better
• Fluently in English, knowing Chinese is advantaged.
• Computer skill, soft skills.
